**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current food trends while catering to guest preferences.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership practices.
- Assist in bartending duties when necessary, ensuring a well-rounded guest experience.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment as an Executive Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including menu planning, cost control, and staff management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience in hospitality settings with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with culinary techniques and trends that enhance the dining experience.

Pay: $68,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
