Habitat Edmonton is seeking a temporary full-time Donations Coordinator.

At Habitat for Humanity Edmonton, we bring communities together to help families, couples, and individuals build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. We are a registered charity and one of more than 50 Canadian affiliates under Habitat for Humanity Canada, part of the global Habitat for Humanity International network.

In addition to our homeownership program, we manage a portfolio of affordable homes, empower volunteers and future homeowners, and operate a social enterprise that includes six ReStores.

**Position Summary**

Habitat Edmonton is currently seeking a **Temporary Full-Time Donations Coordinator** to support the efficient scheduling and coordination of donation pickups, while having exceptional customer service skills. This individual will be the first point of contact for donors, responding to inquiries and coordinating pickups for household and retail goods. They will be responsible for routing drivers using Habitat’s cloud-based dispatch system (CRO).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess donation suitability to improve the quality and quantity of items received.
- Plan and schedule daily routes for ReStore trucks using the CRO dispatch software.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to donors, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Distribution Centre team (drivers and warehouse staff).
- Ensure compliance with Habitat Edmonton’s policies and procedures.
- Support the department’s technology and internal systems to meet operational needs.
- Record accurate donor gift values in accordance with organizational procedures.
- Assist the Donations & Distribution Manager and Donation & Warehouse Crew Lead/Safety Coordinator in maintaining a safe and efficient vehicle fleet.
- Professionally represent Habitat Edmonton at special events, as required.
- Daily, accurately and timely administrative tracking of ReStore Donations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Donations & Distribution Manager.

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of the Greater Edmonton area and navigation.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills; confident and decisive.
- A reliable team member who takes ownership of their schedule and understands the importance of consistency in supporting Habitat Edmonton’s mission.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities daily.
- Must be bondable and able to pass a criminal record check.
