The product marketing team plays a critical role in driving growth and adoption at 1Password. We are responsible for leading go-to-market, championing the voice-of-the-customer, and building cross-functional collaborative strategies that improve outcomes throughout the product lifecycle and customer journey.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive our administrator experience, onboarding and provisioning, and authentication go-to-market strategies. This role provides the unique opportunity to partner closely with our product management, sales and marketing teams to deliver winning strategies that drive market awareness and customer acquisition. This role also supports a compelling product roadmap and narrative that drives B2B customer adoption.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

**What we're looking for**:

- 3+ years in the product marketing function with 5-7+ years of total experience in ideally having spent time focusing on mid-market/enterprise business-to-business marketing in SaaS and/or security. Bonus: if you have SMB experience too.
- You have coordinated and managed go-to-market strategies including cross-functional launch plans, audience segmentation, product positioning, messaging frameworks, competitive analysis, and setting clear goals.
- You can strategically partner with product, marketing, engineering, design, customer success, project management, and analytics teams to launch compelling campaigns, programs, and strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, product adoption, and retention.
- You represent the voice-of-the-customer and can distill actionable product roadmap recommendations from customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
- You have a data-driven mindset and regularly analyze key feature metrics and drivers in order to deliver product optimization, the customer adoption journey, and marketing campaign recommendations.
- You are a strong communicator able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and can also represent the company in front of customers.
- You are a self-starter and enjoy leading the way on projects where there may be shifting product timelines. You regularly prioritize work to have maximum business impact and are comfortable discussing trade-offs with leaders.
- Culture is important to you. You value supporting others, listening and learning, winning as a team, and ultimately having fun with the people you work with. You can also navigate the unique challenges of a remote-first workplace and distributed team, including occasional travel.

**What you can expect**:

- Voice-of-the-customer: Champion the needs and pain points of customers through administrator feedback, interviews, competitive intelligence, and market research.
- Own the story: Create positioning and messaging frameworks for our administrator personas, products, and features by working closely with product, user research, and marketing to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Launch the product: Lead and drive the strategy for launches by building comprehensive plans and partnering with our campaign marketing, brand, public relations, digital marketing, social, sales, and customer success teams.
- Be data-driven: Provide ongoing recommendations on how to improve product adoption and retention by analyzing product telemetry data, campaign performance, and win/loss data.
- Bring your unique perspective: Develop and implement best practices and frameworks that improve outcomes for the company.
- Work collaboratively: Partner closely with Marketing, Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Customer Support teams that focus on the administrator and technical decision maker audience.
