Quality Control Specialist

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement control systems for manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Conduct quality inspections and manage quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze data collected from various processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate solutions that address quality issues effectively.
- Maintain documentation related to quality control procedures and results.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management, including QA/QC practices.
- Proficiency in using calipers and other measurement tools for quality inspection.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with fabrication processes and techniques is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members across departments.

Pay: $75,234.00-$81,126.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
