Sales Associate

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, ensuring efficient checkout experiences.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively sell to customers.
- Assist in inventory management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

**Skills**
- Proficient in cashiering with strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries.
- Experience in technical sales is a plus, showcasing the ability to understand complex products.
- Strong sales experience is preferred, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that capture customer interest and drive purchases.

Pay: $52,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
