**Motor Service Account Manager**:

Reporting to the division manager, the Motor and Generator Service Account Manager, targets, coordinates and executes sales strategies for the Western region, Alberta and British Columbia, to meet and exceed sales targets by creating added value for the customer and ABB, with a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Promotes the sales of new & replacement motors and motor service portfolio within the Western Region
- Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions
- Defines and proposes sales targets for the account and ensures their achievement with a struc-tured follow up process across Divisions and Countries. Sells products/solutions/services to cus-tomers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets representing all ABB.
- Understands the key business drivers of the relevant customer’s business and business environ-ment and interprets the impact and opportunity for ABB. Participates in the development of sales strategies for the account by providing the customer’s current business and long-term plans. Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and SoW growth actions.
- Creates, implements, and executes sales and account strategy to meet and exceed regional service market channel sales targets
- Works collaboratively with regional front-end Sales teams to ensure coverage of Motor and Genera-tor service opportunities related to key project/packaging pursuits
- Monitors, market trend and competitor activity and ensuring appropriate action is taken
- Builds and maintains strong relationships at all levels with key customers and channel partners.
- Develops and supports synergies with other ABB business lines and develops joint pursuits to lever-age existing ABB customer relationships.
**Your background**:
- Proven track record in sales, sales management, or strategic business development Albert in/or British Columbia market (7 years+)
- Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy
- Good knowledge of the service and aftermarket industry
- Knowledge and experience with CRM platforms, salesforce a plus
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% within the Western region (Occasional national travel)
- Bachelor degree from accredited post-secondary institution, preference towards Me-chanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred
- Good knowledge in Drives is an asset
