We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, Global Operations and working closely with the finance team, management and executive teams this role is responsible for providing financial analysis to support decision-making and measurement of company performance against strategic priorities in a fast-paced and agile business environment.

**What you will do**:

- Financial and operational management reporting
- Identify and analyze relevant trends in data and present results / recommendations to management
- Assist in the development and implementation of benchmarks / Key Performance indicators
- Global consolidated budget development / forecasting
- Assist with complex month-end transactions
- Analysis of organizational impact on projects/investments
- Inventory review and monitoring

**What you need to succeed**:

- University degree and recognized accounting designation
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Clear understanding of the principles of consolidating an international financial structure
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, nested if-statements, sumifs, etc)
- Experience with MS Dynamics AX and multi-language skills are an asset
