**Education & Experience**:

- 5+ years of management experience
- Experience with strategic planning, goal setting and forecasting (asset)
- Post-secondary education in counselling, psychology, or a related field (asset)
- Familiarity with therapeutic modalities and process (asset)

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Leadership & Team Management_
- Provides a strong, empathetic leadership to both a clinical and administrative team
- Fosters a collaborative and supportive workplace culture grounded in respect and inclusivity
- Supervise hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, offboarding and ongoing staff training and development
- Act as a liaison between therapists, clients, administrative staff, and external stakeholders
- Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure effective internal communication
- Operational Oversight_
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth, efficient, and client-centered service delivery
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Strategic Planning & Development _
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning, including clinic expansion, program development, and service enhancement
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement improvements as needed
- Support the development and integration of new therapeutic programs and services
- Client Experience & Care Quality_
- Ensure a welcoming, safe, and confidential environment for all clients
- Uphold the clinic’s therapeutic philosophy, ensuring high standards of client care and ethical practice
- Address client concerns with sensitivity and discretion
- Financial & Resource Management_
- Assist with budget planning, forecasting, and expense monitoring
- Coordinate with finance staff to ensure accurate billing and reporting
- Compliance & Risk Management_
- Ensure clinic operations align with health and safety regulations, privacy laws, and professional standards
- Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures to mitigate issues
- Lead the response to unexpected situations with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
- Support both the clinician and administrative teams in navigating challenging client interactions or emergencies
- Community Engagement_
- Build relationships with community partners, referral networks, and professional organizations
- Represent the clinic at events, conferences, or outreach initiatives when appropriate.
