We’ve been serving Airdrie for 35+ years, with a reputation for treating complex spine cases using **Cox Flexion-Distraction**. We also offer **walk-in care** to accommodate busy lives — you’ll need to be adaptable, efficient, and composed.

This role is about more than adjusting spines. You’ll help shape the future of our clinics as we rebrand, expand, and innovate across the country. If you’re up for something challenging and rewarding, we’d love to meet you.

**About Our Clinic**

We’ve been serving **Airdrie, Alberta** for over 35 years as “Lees Chiropractic” but soon will be rebranding (exciting). Here’s what makes us stand out:

- **Cox Flexion-Distraction**:
We regularly treat complex spine cases (disc herniations, radiculopathy, spinal stenosis) using Cox Flexion-Distraction — a gentle, effective technique that’s great for seniors and those who can’t tolerate HVLA.

We offer walk-in appointments for existing patients. That means you’ll need to be confident managing scheduled and unscheduled visits while staying composed and efficient.

**Initial Compensation**

Associates will be paid 50% of collections from the services they provide. (As an FYI - we have a 98.5% collection rate on our billing).
