We are seeking a **Project Coordinator** to join our team in **Winnipeg MB, Toronto, ON**

**The** Project Coordinator **will**:

- Organizing, attending and participating in weekly meetings with key clients, suppliers and internal team members, prepare and distribute meeting minutes
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Reviewing project documentation (BRDs, estimates and SOWs) before sending to key clients
- Performing quality assurance on new features, monthly content, monthly newsletters
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project (Jira tickets, status documents) for auditing requirements
- Supporting the account directors and cross functional team with associated projects, contributing information and recommendations

**T**o be successful **as a** **Project Coordinator** with People Corporation, you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure with tight project timelines
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional time management and coordination skills
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
