Position: Server

**Salary**: $12.20/hour +Tips

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our menu items and poutine combinations
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow
- Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferably
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverages, including poutine varieties
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
