The Research Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director of Research with various tasks and projects. The Research Assistant will assist in data entry, data management, and other duties as needed. The Research Assistant is expected to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of data management for research projects.
- Assist in patient recruitment.
- Conduct reminder calls to patients.
- Package lab work for pick up and schedule various deliveries.
- Assist in the preparation of administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying.
- Assist in preparing reports for clients and assist in the preparation of reports for clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Research or Project Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; ability to follow written instructions is a must. Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and written is a must. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work with mínimal supervision at times required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required; ability to learn new software is required. Knowledge of database software preferred but not required.
