**What you'll do**:

- Facilitate all serviceability and site check activity for internal and external clients
- Foster a better customer experience by providing a one-stop solution for serviceability requirements
- Work with Technical Operations to ensure completion of site surveys within the 1-business-day interval
- Coordinate complex and bulk site check requests across regions
- Collaborate with Planning to provide necessary information for build-related activities
- Provide detailed reporting on serviceability and build activities
- Conduct audits of outstanding site check activity and engage appropriate teams for resolution
- Remain attentive to sales opportunities and contribute to improved client engagement
- Work with Business Field Management to coordinate escalated issues and ensure timely resolution

**What you'll have**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of CBS and commercial planning
- Familiarity with Shaw plant infrastructure is an asset
- Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
- Experience with Salesforce and project tracking tools is an asset
