Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue goals
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of retail associates
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays that are appealing to customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail management is required
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of customer needs
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets
- Excellent recruiting and team-building skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Budgeting experience is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $51,747.79-$130,206.50 per year
