The ideal candidate will lead our technology operations, manage a skilled IT team, and drive digital transformation initiatives across our dealership network. This role is critical to ensuring our systems support business growth, operational efficiency, and data security. What Your Day Will Look Like Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with TAG's business objectives Lead digital transformation and dealership system integrations and process automation Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services Oversee help desk operations and technical support across all locations Lead, coach, and mentor a high‑performing IT team, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work environment Ensure secure and efficient operation of all IT systems and infrastructure Manage network environments, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity Implement cybersecurity policies and ensure compliance with regulations Conduct system audits and risk assessments Collaborate with department leaders to identify and implement tech solutions Manage IT budgets and optimize resource allocation Deliver training programs on new technologies and cybersecurity best practices Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends Who You Are Technical Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of IT team leadership experience 5+ years of progressive IT experience in multi‑location or retail / automotive environments Expertise in Microsoft Cloud Services (M365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) Strong knowledge of networking and Zero Trust security frameworks Proven cross‑functional project management and infrastructure experience Experience with cloud services and IT transformations Familiarity with Canadian privacy laws and cybersecurity regulations Preferred Skills Experience with cloud services and IT transformations Familiarity with Canadian privacy laws and cybersecurity regulations Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on technical execution Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment Requirement Valid BC driver's license and vehicle for travel to lower mainland dealerships when required.
