Bilingual Account Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Account Manager to join our team(French & English). As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, managing their accounts, and driving business growth. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to analyze market trends.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track account activity, sales progress, and customer interactions
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year
