Continyou Care, by Nestaide Inc., is a leading senior living technology platform supporting retirement homes and long-term care facilities with modern, modular software. We are seeking a fluently bilingual Account Manager to lead presentations, manage accounts, and drive sales growth across Quebec and Ontario.
This role combines sales, presentations, onboarding, and account management, with a strong focus on building trusted relationships and expanding existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver in-person and virtual product presentations in French and English
* Manage the full sales cycle from presentation to close
* Build and manage relationships with retirement homes and LTC facilities
* Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
* Lead onboarding and support successful implementations
* Conduct regular account reviews and client check-ins
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across modules
* Represent Continyou Care at industry events
Required Qualifications
* Fluently bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
* 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Comfortable engaging senior-level stakeholders
* Limited travel required within Quebec and Ontario
* Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in software / SaaS sales
* Experience in senior living, long-term care, retirement, or healthcare
* Experience supporting operational or clinical software
* Experience with implementations or onboarding

ContinYou Care, par NestAide Inc., est une plateforme technologique dédiée aux résidences pour aînés et aux centres de soins de longue durée. Nous recherchons un(e) **gestionnaire de comptes bilingue** pour effectuer des présentations, gérer des comptes clients et soutenir la croissance des ventes au Québec et en Ontario.
Ce poste combine ventes, présentations, intégration (onboarding) et gestion de comptes, avec un fort accent sur le développement de relations de confiance et l'expansion des clients existants.
Responsabilités principales
* Présenter la plateforme en personne et à distance, en français et en anglais
* Gérer le cycle de vente complet, de la présentation à la conclusion
* Développer et gérer des relations avec les résidences pour aînés et les CHSLD
* Agir comme point de contact principal pour les clients assignés
* Diriger l'intégration et assurer le succès de l'implantation
* Effectuer des suivis réguliers et des revues de comptes
* Identifier des opportunités de ventes additionnelles (upsell / cross-sell)
* Représenter ContinYou Care lors d'événements de l'industrie
Exigences
* Bilinguisme français / anglais (oral et écrit)
* 3+ ans d'expérience en vente, gestion de comptes ou succès client
* Excellentes aptitudes en présentation et en communication
* À l'aise avec des décideurs de niveau direction
* Disponibilité pour se déplacer au Québec et en Ontario
* Permis de conduire valide
