What You’ll Do:

- Oversee daily operations to keep patient flow seamless and the clinic humming.
- Manage scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient communications like a pro.
- Boost treatment acceptance by clearly explaining procedures and payment options.
- Lead, train, and inspire our front desk team.
- Partner with the clinical crew to optimize schedules and productivity.
- Refine office systems and policies for peak efficiency.
- Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to the owner.
- Ensure compliance with dental regs and handle patient concerns with tact.

What You Bring:

- 3+ years of dental office management experience.
- Familiarity with dental software (Curve Hero a bonus, but not a must).
- Strong leadership chops and a knack for team-building.
- Stellar customer service and communication skills.
- A solid grasp of Ontario labor laws and HR basics.
- Proven ability to encourage treatment acceptance and drive results.
