- **Qualifications**:_
- 5 years experience in dental management (required)
- Experience in the supervision of staff (required)
- Post-secondary education in Medical Office Administration/Business Administration (required)
- Superior communications skills (required)
- Experience in managing budgets and meeting KPIs (required)
- Experience in conflict resolution (Asset)
- Tracker Dental Software Experience (Asset)
- Experience in Treatment Coordination (Asset)
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills to ensure a positive and comfortable experience for patients.
- Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with both patients and colleagues.
- Showcase great organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle various tasks and appointments.
- Familiarity with dental procedures, including their benefits and risks, ensuring informed discussions with patients.
- Communicate complex dental concepts clearly to both patients and colleagues, fostering understanding and cooperation.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
