We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our dog daycare. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in managing staff, maintaining high standards of care and service, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the dog daycare, including daycare, grooming, and boarding services
- Support in managing and leading a team of staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and customer service are maintained
- Help develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Maintain and improve the facility’s appearance, cleanliness, and functionality
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the pet care industry, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Passion for animals and a commitment to their well-being
- Knowledge of dog behavior, care, and safety protocols

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
