We are seeking a **Sales Specialist** that has that “It Factor.” If you have sales experience, are interested in learning a new business and have a desire to make a difference in our customer’s lives, then we want to hear from you.

**The Job**

If you like working with the bestwe got ya The best brands, the best products and the best customers who appreciate quality and genuine honest customer care. You must have excellent verbal language skills and like working with people in a sometimes fast paced retail environment.

This position is responsible for delivering the customer sales experience that you would expect when selecting a premium leisure product. While this position will focus on sales, you are also a member of a customer focused team that supports each other and our customers. That means you will be doing a little bit of everything from answering phones to merchandizing to tidying the store for everyone’s comfort.

We will provide you with a combination of one-on-one learning, fantastic online resources and factory authorized in person training from our product vendors. Plus you will receive mentoring from our in store leaders.

**What we would like from you**

This position is ideal for an individual with big ticket sales experience such as cars, homes, and electronics. It may also be attractive to recent retirees looking to keep active - with the flexibility to go south for a couple of months in the winter, if needed. Your success will come from your ability to:

• Be honest, outgoing & friendly with the ability to communicate clearly and fluently with customers and co-workers.
• Be Punctual and HIGHLY reliable
• Work in a fast-paced busy environment
• Have a get it done initiative and self motivated to succeed
• Be dedicated to learning our products and processes and to be able to relay that to our customers honestly & accurately.
• Work 3 Saturdays per month with 1 one Saturday off per month. It’s the most important day in retail.
• Be willing to invest time and effort into completing training and learning products
• Be able to follow direction and work with mínimal supervision
• To demonstrate computer skills
• Be in good physical condition as you will need to be able to lift items up to 50lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• _**$1500 Hire incentive**_. $500 paid after your first 90 days and an additional $1000 after 180 days.

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
