Our diverse B2B markets include; Companies, Non-profits, Schools, and Sports Orgs. We help our customers secure their unique custom gear requirements without all the traditional hassles of manual ordering; order easily online, no minimums, no collecting sizes or payments, and delivering to individuals or groups are just some of our competitive advantages.

URstore offers leading brands including Adidas, Nike, Russel, Duer, Ogio, Champion, North Face, Herschel and much more. We boast the latest digital print and embroidery equipment to help efficiently produce and deliver orders quickly all across North America.

As URstore’s Digital Marketing Coordinator, U’ll report directly to the founder and will be responsible for a variety of functions that are uniquely intertwined due to the nature of our digital business platform. You'll gladly multi-task and have some understanding of common digital marketing functions including; SEO, Retention marketing (Creative campaigns via Mail Chimp), Performance Marketing, Engagement / Social, Website management (UI / UX) & Content creation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine marketing tactics and improve conversion rates.
- Manage e-commerce initiatives and implement SEO best practices to increase website traffic.
- Create (Canva or like software) & execute )mail Chimp) retention marketing campaigns to existing data bases.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

**KEY SKILL & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **B2B Lead Generation**: Experience in B2B marketing strategies to create high quality leads directed especially from small to medium sized businesses, organizations & non-profits (NGO’s).
- **SEO**: Basic knowledge of SEO best practices including the use of Titles, Meta tags, & Backlinks.
- **Performance Marketing Experience**: Experience in optimizing paid ad campaigns, specifically with Google ads and LinkedIn. Ability to effectively allocate and manage ad budgets to maximize ROI.
- **Campaign Optimization**: Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other techniques to continuously improve campaign performance.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as Moz, HubSpot, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Certification, Google ads Certification, or similar.

**ADDITIONAL SKILLS**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software skills
- Familiar with Mail Chimp or similar retention marketing software.
- Knowledge of the custom clothing or e-commerce industry (preferred but not required).

Pay: $54,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
