**Role**:
As our Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and creating clear stories for case studies, social media, partner promotions, ads, and video content. This will largely be working on creating clear marketing copy to promote our services and capture our stories and deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
- Submit work to team members for input and approval
- Coordinate with the design team to illustrate posts and images.
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Promote content on social media
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure consistency in brand tone
- Update website content as needed
- Create briefs and produce video and photo content
- Collaborate with partners on co-created marketing materials and case studies.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, Social Media Marketer, or similar role
- Portfolio of writing samples
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Familiarity with web publications
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)

**Salary**: $38,161.12-$60,782.07 per year
