## Overview

# Responsibilities
- Conduct client intake assessments and determine needs
- Develop and implement case management plans
- Provide advocacy and support to clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed case notes
- Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to coordinate services
- Assist clients in accessing resources and services
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed

# Qualifications
- 1 year experience in LMIA and Permanent Residence Applications
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate plans
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages such as French is a plus
- Ability to negotiate on behalf of clients and advocate for their best interests
- Experience working in a customer service-oriented role is preferred
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems for data entry and file management

Pay: $17.25-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
