**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, cabinetry, and repairs.
- Conduct general maintenance duties such as drywall repair, painting, and flooring.
- Repair or replace fixtures including doors, windows, locks, and hardware.
- Review job sites to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Communicate with clients or supervisors to assess job requirements and updates.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a carpenter or handyman (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall work.
- Ability to read blueprints, sketches, or building plans (preferred but not required)
- Physical strength and stamina; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Own tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant training and experience is an asset.
- Experience with both residential and commercial projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
