**ExamWorks Canada** is looking for a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our team

The **Digital Marketing Specialist** works closely with the Canada corporate leadership team by creating various marketing strategies to support the growth of the Canadian business units. This position is responsible for the strategy, and creation of marketing and advertising campaigns, social media updates and campaigns, and content creation for the ExamWorks Canada business units. This position demonstrates a team-oriented approach, ensures all work and materials are accurate and timely and strives to maintain current market knowledge in order to provide superior marketing content.

**Responsibilities**:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **TO** PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING**:

- Create comprehensive marketing strategies and execute on strategies provided
- Conduct market research, identify target demographics, analyzing competition, and outline channels and tactics to help business units achieve marketing objectives
- Develop written, visual, and multimedia content such as blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics (Canva), and more.
- Manage content calendars, ensure consistency across platforms, and optimize content for search engines (SEO)
- Understand and implementing SEO techniques to drive organic traffic to our websites and increasing visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, improve site structure and navigation, and monitor and analyze SEO performance.
- Perform A/B testing, optimize landing pages, improve website usability, and analyze user behavior to enhance conversion rates.
- Monitor online mentions and reviews, raise customer feedback, address complaints, and implement strategies to enhance the brand's reputation.
- Gather data, analyzing key metrics, generating reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI
- Manage social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, running social media campaigns, and monitoring social media analytics
- Website maintenance, including content creation and management, monitoring website traffic & analytics
- Use paid advertising to reach target audiences, optimizing ads to maximize return on investment (ROI)

Qualifications:
**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in communications and/or marketing.
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Effective project management skills with the ability to develop strategies that differentiate products and services in a competitive market environment
- Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently
- Uses intuition and experience to effectively market the company’s services
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
- Demonstrates the ability to problem solve and develop creative alternative solutions
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality is met
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to demonstrate team behaviour and willing to promote a positive team-oriented environment
- Must be able to work well under pressure and or stressful conditions
- Must possess the ability to manage change, delays, or unexpected events appropriately
