We are seeking a Bilingual French/English Customer Service Representative located at our Longueuil, Quebec (Canada) facility to join the Call Center. This individual will provide added value to our day-to-day sales support/customer service team within the Customer Service Department dedicated to our consumer product line.
- **MUST BE BILINGUAL FRENCH/ENGLISH**:
- This is a full-time position.
- The schedule is 10:00am-6:30pm
- **Weekend shifts would be required. 1-2 weekends per month once fully trained, and 1 night shift per week (11:30am-8pm).**:
- Must possess strong customer focus and pay great attention to detail with excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Flexible and versatile team player who is able to handle a heavy volume of inbound customer service related work in a fast-paced environment.
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Representing the company in its relationships with customers by assisting with service/sales inquiries and requests.
- Entering customer orders into database system.
- Customer follow-up to ensure order accuracy and satisfaction with product.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
**POSITION REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, SKILLS, BACKGROUND, & EXPERIENCE**
- **MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH.**:
- Minimum of three years of demonstrated success in a customer service/sales environment.
- Strong preference for previous call center/telephone sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Time and desk management skills are a must.
- Associate’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Intermediate level MS Office skills.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

ShelterLogic Group est le leader le plus dynamique au monde en matière de produits d’ombrage, d’abri, de rangement et de style de vie en plein air. Nous sommes à la recherche d’un représentant bilingue Français/anglais du service à la clientèle situé à notre installation de Longueuil, Québec (Canada) pour se joindre au centre d’appels. Cette personne apportera une valeur ajoutée à notre équipe quotidienne de soutien aux ventes et de service à la clientèle au sein du service à la clientèle dédiée à notre gamme de produits de consommation.
- **DOIT ÊTRE BILINGUE FRANÇAIS/ANGLAIS**:
- Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein.
- L’horaire est de 10h00 à 18h30
- **Des quarts de travail de fin de semaine seraient nécessaires. 1-2 week-ends par mois une fois complètement formé, et 1 quart de nuit par semaine (11h30-20h).**:
- Doit posséder une forte orientation client et accorder une grande attention aux détails avec d’excellentes compétences multitâches.
- Joueur d’équipe flexible et polyvalent capable de gérer un volume important de travail lié au service à la clientèle entrant dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
**RESPONSABILITÉS DU POSTE**
- Représenter l’entreprise dans ses relations avec les clients en aidant avec les demandes de service / vente et les demandes.
- Saisie des commandes des clients dans le système de base de données.
- Suivi des clients pour assurer l’exactitude des commandes et la satisfaction du produit.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients de manière professionnelle et rapide.
**EXIGENCES DU POSTE - ÉTUDES, COMPÉTENCES, ANTÉCÉDENTS ET EXPÉRIENCE**
- **DOIT ÊTRE PARFAITEMENT BILINGUE EN FRANÇAIS ET EN ANGLAIS.**:
- Minimum de trois ans de succès démontré dans un environnement de service à la clientèle /vente.
- Forte préférence pour l’expérience antérieure en vente de centres d’appels / téléphones.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
- Des compétences en gestion du temps et du bureau sont indispensables.
- Diplôme d’associé en affaires ou dans un domaine connexe préféré.
- Compétences MS Office de niveau intermédiaire.
