ShelterLogic Group is the world’s most dynamic leader in shade, shelter, storage, and outdoor lifestyle products. We are seeking a Bilingual French/English Customer Service Representative located in the Watertown, Connecticut area to join the SLG Call Center (currently working remotely). This individual will provide added value to our day-to-day sales support/customer service team within the Customer Service Department dedicated to our consumer product line.
- **MUST BE BILINGUAL FRENCH/ENGLISH**:

- This is a full-time position.
- The schedule is 10:00am-6:30pm
- **Weekend shifts would be required (1-2 weekends per month once fully trained week and 1 night shift per week (11:30am-8pm).**:

- Must possess strong customer focus and pay great attention to detail with excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Flexible and versatile team player who is able to handle a heavy volume of inbound customer service related work in a fast-paced environment.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Representing the company in its relationships with customers by assisting with service/sales inquiries and requests.
- Entering customer orders into database system.
- Customer follow-up to ensure order accuracy and satisfaction with product.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, SKILLS, BACKGROUND, & EXPERIENCE**
- **MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH.**:

- Minimum of three years of demonstrated success in a customer service/sales environment.
- Strong preference for previous call center/telephone sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Time and desk management skills are a must.
- Associate’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Intermediate level MS Office skills.
