We are seeking an associate with a minimum of two years of relevant experience to join our commercial law practice group in Regina. Our practice is characterized by collegiality, client service and a strong commitment to Western Canada, its business opportunities and its future. Our area of commercial law includes business acquisitions and divestitures, banking and commercial finance, real estate development, privacy and cybersecurity, technology and construction projects and procurement, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic corporate/commercial lawyer with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, effective practice management skills and a pragmatic approach to serving clients. We are interested in candidates at all levels of experience. The successful lawyer would receive close mentorship from senior lawyers within the practice group.
