Use your talents as a Wealth Management Assistant to help us improve customer service practices for Investment Advisors at National Bank Financial.

Your role:

- Work in collaboration with other team members to complete daily tasks and offer administrative support to our team.
- Preparation of client meeting and presentation materials
- Carry out instructions such as deposits, withdrawals
- Analyze and update client documents.
- Generate portfolio management reports.
- Implement efficient procedures for the administration of client files.
- Provide clients with information on tax slips and other documents.
- Carry out all other related tasks and ad hoc projects.
- Assist in client newsletter and mass marketing distribution

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment dealer in Canada. We have almost 1,000 Investment Advisors in over 100 branches, helping more than 400,000 clients manage their assets. Reporting to the regional manager, you will work with an investment advisor at a single branch with a client-facing environment. - Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- A natural curiosity and willingness to learn and improve processes is essential.
- University Graduate
- Interest or experience in insurance would be an asset
