**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in **BOTH English and Mandarin. **(IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree or above. Background in **BOTH** IT or Computer Science or a related field **AND** business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Website and App creation & Design
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience in independent project management.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Development**: Define project objectives, scope, and resources, Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Creation essential website,App and marketing materials if applicable.
- **Timeline Management**: Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- **Project Performance**: Track project milestones and deliverables, Accountable for project performance, on-time and quality delivery, and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- **Financial Management**: Manage financial activities of the project including tracking revenue, issuing invoices, and recovering receivables.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensuring that Quality Assurances are completed, recorded, and meet company standards and project scope.
- **Presentations and Conferences**: Regularly develop and deliver presentations at project meetings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $68,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
