**Luxel Decor & Flowers** — a leading wedding and event design company — is looking for a **Guest Experience & Sales Manager** to join our growing team.

This role combines **sales leadership** and **client experience management** — perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, curating design-driven experiences, and guiding clients from inquiry to wow moments.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead all client-facing communications — from initial inquiry to signed contract.
- Meet with couples and clients to understand their vision, style, and needs.
Present design ideas and guide clients through Luxel’s décor and floral offerings.
- Create proposals, manage follow-ups, and close sales confidently.
- Collaborate with our design and operations teams to ensure every detail matches the client’s vision.
- Track leads, maintain CRM records, and report on conversion rates and revenue.
- Ensure every client feels valued, informed, and excited throughout their journey with Luxel.

**What We’re Looking For**

Strong communication and interpersonal skills you love connecting with people.

Proven sales experience (preferably in weddings, events, or luxury services).

Eye for design, color, and detail you appreciate beautiful aesthetics.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and confident in managing multiple clients.

Experience with CRM or sales tools (bonus if you're comfortable with Wix or Setmore).

Weekend availability for client meetings or events when needed.
