Are you quick on your feet? Do you have a passion for customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests? If so, then you might be the next great **Server** to join our dynamic team. Our **Servers** ensure that guest expectations have been met (and exceeded) at every turn.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet all guests with a smile (S-10, G-5)
- Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times
- Be aware of all promotions, specials and current pricing
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‐bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
- Record all sales by ringing exact amounts into register, ensure end of day shift report matches revenue sold
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests; keep manager or shift leader promptly and fully informed of all problems
- Perform opening and closing duties as well as any side duties
- Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
- Assist bartenders/bar when business needs dictate with tasks such as preparing alcoholic beverages, stocking the bar, bar inventories and reconciliation, general cleanliness and maintenance of bar area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1+ years of serving experience
- Smart Serve (ON) or Serving it Right (BC)
- Strong customer service
- Friendly, energetic, positive attitude
- Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure
- Team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

- Serving: 1 year (preferred)
