**Duties**
- Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to calls for roadside assistance, including vehicle breakdowns and accidents.
- Perform vehicle recovery and towing operations in various conditions, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on towing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform minor automotive repairs when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle condition reports.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate towing operations effectively.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair is essential.
- Experience with commercial driving is required; a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
