Tow Truck Driver – Full Time

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and provides excellent customer service while responding to roadside assistance and towing calls.
Responsibilities
- Operate flatbed and/or wheel-lift tow trucks safely
- Respond to roadside assistance calls (breakdowns, accidents, lockouts, jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, etc.)
- Secure and transport vehicles without damage
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Complete paperwork and digital call logs accurately
- Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required, if applicable)
- Clean or acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Experience towing vehicles preferred (3 or more Years )
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
Schedule & Availability
- Must be flexible for nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Overtime opportunities available
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with clean driving record
- Proven experience in commercial driving and automotive repair preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and towing equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar machinery is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or emergency call-outs as needed
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks associated with towing operations

Pay: $44,858.62-$63,213.95 per year
