**About the Role**

We are seeking a dependable and safety-minded **Tow Truck Driver** to support our **Worth Auto** social enterprise. This is a **temporary hourly position** providing flexible, part-time work assisting with the pick-up and delivery of vehicles for donation, repair, or recycling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate a flatbed tow truck safely and efficiently to transport vehicles across Calgary and surrounding areas.
- Load, secure, and deliver vehicles in accordance with safety regulations and organizational procedures.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and related equipment.
- Maintain accurate trip and mileage logs and communicate clearly with team members and donors.
- Support shop operations with light assistance as required.

**Qualifications**
- Valid **Class 5 Driver’s License** **and Air Brake endorsement**with a **clean driver’s abstract** (Class 3 considered an asset). _*Manual truck_
- Minimum 2 years of safe driving experience; towing or vehicle transport experience preferred.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
- Strong communication and reliability skills.
- **References required** upon interview.
- **Flexible schedule** availability (occasional evenings or weekends may be required).
