**Job Description**:
As ISAAC’s NetSuite administrator, you mission will be to enhance our NetSuite system and provide elegant and scalable solutions to the business. You will work closely with the business analyst and internal stakeholders to deliver practical solutions, with a focus on achieving new efficiencies in business workflows and serving as an expert in business productivity for ISAAC’s team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Administer production and sandbox environments
- Design and develop solutions within NetSuite leveraging SuiteScript, workflows, bundles and other NetSuite functionality
- Provide end-user support on features and functionality
- Analyze and debug reported issues
- Help implement best practices for the administration of NetSuite (i.e.: user access/roles, field/data usage, custom entity management, change management)
- Analyze the impact of upgrades on the current production environment and manage the rollout of upgrades.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or any other training combined with relevant working experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in NetSuite administration
- Proficiency in SuiteScript
- Bilingual
- Celigo integration experience is an asset
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is an asset.
