**Job Summary**
We are seeking a talented HR Systems Analyst (Workday) to join our team and support our HR Systems initiatives and support the management of our HCM (Human Capital Management System). Acting as a facilitator, solution designer, and trusted advisor, HR Systems Analyst provides expertise in analyzing business requirements and recommending technical solutions and plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic direction and functionality of our Human Capital Management System.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience across one or more domains (i.e. HCM Core, Compensation, Payroll/Absence, Benefits and Talent)
- Comprehensive grasp of HR practices, regulations, processes, and data management.
- Demonstrated system report configuration experience, with a proficiency in Workday considered an asset.
- Proficient in handling data and clever with Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Outstanding analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Effective communication abilities, capable of engaging stakeholders across organizational hierarchies.
- Meticulous attention to detail, prioritizing accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in data maintenance and uploading processes
- Knowledge of government directives and policies is advantageous.
- Willingly dive into various HR team functions, offering support across all areas.
- Takes initiative - being proactive, having a strong personal accountability for high quality work, and a continuous improvement mindset

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Design, test, deploy, and maintain single-source reports to meet business needs.
- Conduct system configuration testing and end-user testing to ensure system integrity and functionality.
- Oversee the administration of base pay salary scale adjustments and meticulously configure benefit and union-mandated changes for accuracy.
- Triage issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted system operations.
- Collect business requirements and review processes to ensure HRIS compliance with negotiated agreements.
- Perform data maintenance and uploads, including setting up tables and configuring collective agreement changes.
- Conduct audit configurations and root cause analysis to identify and address system discrepancies.
- Provide system-based support for government directives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Design training materials and facilitate HR systems training sessions.
