Under the responsibility of the Sales Director, the new customer service representative’s primary responsibility will be to take inbound calls from existing distributors across Canada and the United States as well as enter these orders in the system.
Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8h00 am to 4h30 pm. Group benefits are offered after three months.
- Minimum of six months of customer service experience, ideally dealing with business-to-business products
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Expert listening skills with rapport building capabilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

Les Industries Wipeco, un chef de file dans la fabrication et la distribution de produits de chiffons industrielle au Canada, est à la recherche d’un(e) représentant(e) des ventes interne. Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des ventes, le ou la représentant(e) aura comme mandat de prendre les appels entrants en provenance du Canada et des États-Unis tout en remplissant les commande via notre système.
Les heures de travail sont du lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 16h30. Des assurances de groupe vous seront offertes après 3 mois.
- Un minimum de 6 mois d’expérience en service à la clientèle, de préférence en ventes aux entreprises
- Diplôme d’étude secondaire ou équivalent
- Maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme et de courtoisie en tout temps durant les communications avec les clients externes et internes
- Un relevé démontrant vos résultats
- Énergétique, grandement motivé(e); esprit d’équipe
- Habiletés de communication au-dessus de la moyenne ;
- Parfaitement Bilingue francais et anglais
- Faire preuve d’autodiscipline et organisé
- Excellente gestion du temps et habiletés à effectuer plusieurs tâches
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
