**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Support**:
- Assist prospective customers at reception and provide inside sales support.
- Support Account Managers with data input for CFS, preparing quotes, processing work orders, and coordinating with subcontractors.
**Project Coordination & Administrative Support**:
- Coordinate schedules between sales, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate project management.
- Prepare reports and track project progress.
- Manage office operations, including filing, documentation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle phone calls at reception and provide general administrative support.
**Accounting Support**:
- Assist in preparing job cost summaries, invoicing, purchase orders, and tracking accounts payable and receivable.
- Support collections, credit management, and cash receipt processing.
**Hands-On Learning & Career Growth**:
- Participate in cross-training with the logistics and production team to develop an understanding of products, production, and logistics.

**Qualifications:Education & Experience**:
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
**Assets**:
- Experience with software tools such as QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Basecamp, Trello, and CFS (Computer Fencing Software).
- Previous experience in sales support, project coordination, or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of job costing and accounting principles.
