**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator with good civil infrastructure and site servicing experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize various software to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
- Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure competitive pricing
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop project budgets and timelines
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare detailed estimates
- Provide recommendations on cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process
