CARSTAR Manitoba is hiring We are currently seeking a customer service representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at our St James St location in Winnipeg

As the administrator, you will be responsible for keeping up with the paperwork associated with a repair shop. File management, invoice posting, and payroll submission will all be managed by you will assistance from the rest of the team.

As the first point of contact in the stores, the customer experience representative creates the first impression that customers and visitors will have when the call or walk in to our shops. This person is responsible for creating an environment that promotes friendliness, and a high level of service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Upkeep of overall cleanliness of the store/reception area
- Booking in customers for repairs
- Checking in/out customer vehicles
- Opening new work orders
- Insurance/MPI claims
- Posting invoices, labour times, and payments into computer
- Keeping customers up to date with the repair process
- Preclosing and closing work orders
- Receive and enter payments into the system
- Ensuring the deposit book logs are accurate and entered daily
- Prepare bank deposits
- Ensuring payroll is completed and submitted by the biweekly schedule
- Make sure all jobs are closed for the end of the month
- Assisting with cleaning vehicles for delivery
- Assist Shop Manager with other tasks as requested

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in customer service
- Comfortable working on the computer in numerous programs
- Comfortable working on the phones
- Experience with MPI policies and procedures considered an asset
- Experience in the auto body industry an asset
- Class 5 Drivers license
- Highly organized
- Detail orientated

Pay: $33,000.00-$35,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
