Come and be a part of this success- ** About Potash**- The Jansen project in Saskatchewan, Canada is set to become one of the largest potash mines in the world and is located approximately 140 kilometers east of Saskatoon. BHP’s CAD$14 billion (US$10.5 billion) investment in the Jansen project will deliver a potash mine in Saskatchewan designed to maximize sustainability. As the largest investment in Saskatchewan’s history, Jansen is expected to generate approximately 5,500 workforce opportunities during construction and 900 long-term roles.

Jansen's construction will take place over several years with first production planned for mid-2027. Once fully ramped up, Jansen is expected to have an initial production capacity of approximately 8.5 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa), with the potential to produce 16 to 17 Mtpa in future stages. ** Work Location**- This role will be based at the Jansen Mine Site located in Leroy, SK. The work schedule for this role will be Monday - Friday.

As this role is not eligible for accommodation in the site camp, the incumbent must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Jansen site. BHP offers domestic relocation assistance to support the successful incumbent in transitioning, if required. Benefits offered as part of the relocation program include (but are not limited to) new home purchase assistance, temporary accommodations, home finding trip and a relocation allowance.

** Purpose**- Reporting to the Manager Maintenance, the Administrator - Operations will act as trusted support partner and perform administrative activities including the development and delivery of work plans, execution of administrative functions/communications, essential data management practices and the fostering of a positive team culture to drive efficiency across operational routines.

** About the Role**- To be successful in this role, you will:

- Support the development and delivery of work plans, manages the execution of administrative functions and communications, designs/carries out essential data management practices and fosters a positive team culture to drive efficiency across administrative processes and operational routines.
- Develop and communicate insights that guide data driven action and decision making.
- Support the management of vendor/customer selection, contracts, and performance to maximise operational and financial outcomes and mitigate BHP's exposure to risk.
- Identify, engage and manage a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Source information, plan and conduct analyses to support evidence-based decision making.-

** About You**- To be considered, you will need:

- A certificate or diploma from a business college, or equivalent knowledge through practical experience.
- Previous experience liaising with senior operational leaders in dynamic work environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.-
