**Position tittle**: Restaurant Host

**Status**: Full time

**Hours of work**: Shifts will vary depending on operational requirements to include weekends and holidays.

All employees have access to the Marriott Worldwide Employee Room Rate Discount.
- Controlling the flow of work in the room by seating guest
- Responsible for Greeting and seating guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answering all calls, data entry
- Taking and booking individual and group reservations
- Taking room service orders, ensuring delivery in 30 minutes
- Assisting service staff with other duties as required

**QUALIFICATION**
- High School or equivalent education
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in public contact/hospitality experience preferred
- Well developed command of the English language
- Demonstrated customer service skills, previous cash handling experience required
- Previous telecommunication experience an asset
- Working Knowledge of Word, Excel, Microsoft Word
