Our team finds it really rewarding to be a part of delivering such an important resource our communities around the world We are overhauling our St. Bruno plant and are looking for an eager and energetic **Manufacturing Production Coordinator (“MPC”) **who will **r**eport to our Industrial Engineer and be a part of this transformation. As this position will span supervising our production team to maintaining plant assets, there is lots of opportunity to grow. **Here are some of the things our MPC will do**: - Ensuring maintenance of plant equipment to optimize operations. - Planning and coordinating mechanical maintenance schedule with key team members. - Supporting Production with all issues related to tools, jigs, fixtures and equipment. - Managing consumables stock. - Performing regular inventory checks. - Ensuring quality standards are exceeded. - Evolving our safe work procedures. - Creating all required QC and inspection documentation. - Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures. **Does this sound like you?** - A technical diploma in a related discipline such as auto mechanics, millwright, Electro Mechanic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Technology or similar education or equivalent and relative industry experience. - 1-3 years experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized. - Ability to adapt on the fly and a "get stuff done" attitude. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and effectively lead a team. - Manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines. - Work with autonomy and a sense of initiative. - Possess a comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts with strong analytical and reasoning skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
