**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

K.P.C. Energy Metering Solutions Ltd. is looking for “**FIELD COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVES”** for our growing business. The Field Collections Representative will be responsible for managing on-site activities related to accounts receivable and payment collections. This role typically involves visiting customers to collect payments, disconnect services, negotiate payment plans, or address disputes.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Visit residential, commercial, or industrial customers to collect overdue payments.
- Disconnection and reconnection of utility services for various reasons.
- Collecting payments from various customers when required.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
- Delivery of notices to customers when required.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally, empathetically, and effectively with customers in various situations.
- Punctual with scheduled appointments.
- Valid class G driver’s license with a clean record and reliable vehicle is required.

**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma
- Post Secondary electrical knowledge/training an asset
- Technical knowledge and asset
