**Advance Paper Box Ltd**is looking for a **full-time Die Cutting Press Operator**to join our team, who will support the Production team, and will be responsible for ensuring proper machine runs, quality standards are maintained and production deadlines are managed as scheduled.

Shift
- Days Continental Shift, 12 hours shift; 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintains general knowledge and understanding of die-cutting processes and equipment.
- Reads job tickets to determine setup specifications and instructions.
- Observe/monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and to determine whether adjustments are needed.
- Performs routine adjustments during the press run and maintains production throughout the run.
- Utilize the shop floor data system (computerized) to help track productivity.
- Opens machines and removes/replaces damaged products, using hand tools.
- Trains workers to set up, operate, and use machines.
- Performs scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Coordinates efforts as part of the team to assist all co-workers (in all departments) as needed to maximize production efficiencies.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2 years of manufacturing experience with operating equipment comparable to that in our facility.
- Knowledge of Sanwa die-cutting equipment is preferred.
- Must have the ability to meet and/or pass the minimum requirement on a mechanical test or have demonstrated mechanical aptitude through prior work experience
- Must have the ability to perform basic arithmetic including additions, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Must be able to maintain good attendance.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards

**Physical Capabilities**:

- Able to work 12-hour shifts.
- Some heavy lifting is required
- Frequent walking and standing for extended periods
