**Advance Paper Box Ltd **is looking for a **full-time Printing Press Feeder **to join our Printing team, who will be responsible for ensuring proper machine runs, quality standards are maintained, and production deadlines are managed as scheduled.

**Advance Paper Box** is a fully integrated folding carton manufacturing facility including design, die making, printing, die-cutting, and gluing. Our customers range from food and pharmaceutical manufacturers to computer software and automotive supply companies. **Shift: Night shift 10hours
- 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.**

**Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday every week**

**Hourly rate: $16.87/hr - depending on experience**

**Location: 105 Panet Rd, Winnipeg, MB R2J 0S1**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make ready, adjust and run the job as efficiently as possible to meet safety and productivity standards.
- Examine job orders to determine quantity to be processed, stock specifications, feeding, and quality requirements depending on job needs.
- Perform proper and required maintenance as well as cleaning during machine downtime and as needed.
- Maintain ink levels during operation, plate changes and coating blanket changes to setup the feeder according to job requirements.
- Work with Printing Pressman to ensure the machine is running quality products as per company standard requirements.
- Ensure Company Safety, Quality, and Production standards are met
- Perform other duties as required

**Education and Experience**:

- Two (2) years of manufacturing experience with operating on machines is required
- Previous experience in a print environment and operating a printing press is an asset
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a printing program at a vocational/community college is preferred
- Basic computer skills, and data entry preferred
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision, understand technical written (and verbal) instructions, set
- up the machine, and carry out instructions
- Must have the ability to perform basic arithmetic including additions, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

**Physical Capabilities**:

- Able to work 10-hour days.
- Some heavy lifting is required
- Frequent walking and standing for extended periods
