**WELLNESS EDUCATOR**

**Position**:Wellness Educator & Smoothie Specialist

**Location**: 126-3030 Pandosy Street, Kelowna, BC V1Y 0C4

**Compensation**: Starting at $17.50/hour, with potential increases for those with experience in the supplement industry

**Schedule**: Part-time, requiring availability on Saturday, Sunday, and either Monday or Friday

**THE ROLE**

As a Wellness Educator & Smoothie Specialist, you're at the forefront of our mission. This role is all about engaging with our customers to share insights on health and wellness, crafting delicious smoothies, and managing the ebb and flow of our products. You'll play a key part in creating an environment where customers feel welcomed and leave a little healthier and happier.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage customers with warmth and expertise, offering personalized advice on vitamins and supplements.
- Master our POS system, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions.
- Craft and serve organic smoothies, adding a dash of personality to each blend.
- Manage inventory with precision, from receiving new stock to pricing and organization.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a tidy, inviting store environment.
- Relay community feedback to management, helping refine our offerings and services.

**You’re Perfect for This Role If You**:

- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Are looking for a part-time position (requiring availability on Saturday, Sunday, and either Monday or Friday**)**:

- Have previous experience working or learning in a natural health or wellness setting.
- Have a knack for connecting with people—genuine, meaningful interactions are your thing.
- Are comfortable with POS systems and can handle inventory tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Value working in a small business setting and are passionate about building community.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week
