**Your day will look like**:

- Daily cleaning and maintenance services at one of the city’s most prestigious rental addresses
- Working with a team dedicated to the highest level of resident customer service
- Collaboration with that team to ensure ongoing waste management, including common area and exterior waste pick up
- Participating in the overall smooth running and health and safety of the building
- Participating in the preparation of furnished suites for arriving and departing guests
- Responding to minor maintenance requests of our valued residents and guests
- On weekends and otherwise ensuring daily compliance of building life safety and operating systems
- Opportunities to learn and develop skills in building operations, customer service and many other related roles within Minto

**We would like you to have**:

- Previous experience in Hospitality or Property Management environment is an asset
- Flexible to work varied shifts; days, evenings and weekends
- Able to push, pull and lift moderate weights and occasional heavy objects
- Ability to work on feet for long periods of time
- Basic knowledge as written
- Vehicle and valid driver’s license an asset
